Meal Plans

In order to meet the your Campus Dining needs, we have along with BVU have designed the following meal plans for the 2011-2012 academic year.

The following three meal plans are available:

Marquis Plan ( per semester) $1955.00

Monday-Friday 7am to 1:30pm, Crossroads Grill Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm

For lighter eaters we have smaller meal plans, all you can but with limited hours:

10 Plan ( per semester) $1769.00

14 Plan ( per semester) $1667.00

Servery Hours

Monday-Friday

Breakfast -7:00am-10:30am

Lunch 10:30am-1:30pm

Grill area 11:00am-5:00pm

Dinner 5pm-7:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday

Brunch 11:00am-1:00pm

Dinner   5:00pm-7:00pm

Beaver Den Snack Bar

Sunday-Thursday

7:00pm-11:00pm

Common Grounds Coffee Shop

Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00pm

Having trouble selecting a meal plan?

Try considering your daily routine… Do you eat three meals a day? Will your class schedule, studying, extracurricular activities and social events interfere with dining? Will you miss dinner due to employment or evening classes? Anticipating the answers to these and similar questions will help you to select a meal plan that best fits your lifestyle.

Meal Cards

Each student is given a meal card that you will present to the cashier and she will scan your card which will entitle you to enter the servery per your meal plan. You will not be allowed to enter the servery without your meal card.

Welcome, Guests

Have a guest over for dinner! You are welcome to bring a friend or family member for any meal. You may purchase guest meal tickets for $12.00 and they are valid on the weekends only starting on Friday dinner thru Sunday Brunch. This ticket is not valid for Marquis Brunch.

Dietary Requirements & Sick Trays

Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact the Sodexo Office at 2430.

Sick trays are also available for students with a Meal Plan. If you are feeling under the weather and would like to order a sick tray, call x2430 or you may stop down to the servery and we will get one ready for you.
